There are three easy ways to enter your subscribers into Newsletter Magic:

1. Use a subscription form on your web site

If you want visitors to your web site to easily subscribe to your mailing list, you can create generate a subscription form using Newsletter Magic and add it to add to your site. You can also create website forms to allow subscribers to unsubscribe, modify their subscription details and/or forward your newsletter to their friends. Once you've created your form, simply click the "Get HTML" button and paste that code into your website to add your subscription form to your site.

2. Import Subscribers

If you already have a list of subscribers in a file on your computer, simply use Newsletter Magic's import wizard to import from almost any file format. Our import wizard also gives you nearly unlimited options to customize your information fields.

3. Manually Enter Subscribers

Manually entering a subscriber is easy and gives you the flexibility to enter only the information you want about your subscriber.

Once you have your subscribers, Newsletter Magic's merge list feature makes it easy to copy contacts from one or more lists in order to create a new list.

Custom Fields: You create an unlimited number of custom fields. Custom fields can range from First Name to Favorite Color to anything you could ever want. Custom fields formats can be text, hidden, radio button, drop down list, etc.

Marketing Tip: If you personalize your email, you will greatly improve your email response rates. Collecting your visitors email address is a good start, but getting more information about your subscribers is much more effective.
